If you're a fan of the original Mass Effect, you'll be pleased to hear that a lot of the game's characters and storylines are still present in this version of the game, with some minor changes.
The most obvious of these changes is that the game now offers a lot more hairstyles and skin tones than before, so you can create a new look for your character. There are also more colors available for your hair and skin than before.
It is possible to create a character using the same data as before, but the appearance of your character will be a lot more realistic now.
